Made from my basic white bread recipe, then added a whole egg, 1t vanilla extract and some extra flour to compensate for the egg. Filling is just cinnamon sugar with a little flour for a binder. Topped with rolled oats and egg wash. Rolled out the dough 6" x 24", egg washed teh dough, spread the cinnamon sugar and rolled up.
