I think Irish Soda Bread is an acquired taste - took me about 2 slices to acquire it!

I was thinking about making one this St. Pat's day and this looks good, but I am NOT going to go out and buy a fourth kind of flour (I have A/P, self-rising, and bread flour already).

Can I make this without using wheat flour? Nice recipe, lifesaver - thanks!
