Poutine

I made poutine today. I totally cheated since I bought frozen fries, and powdered gravy, but it was still good!

I fried the french fries, put the cheese curds on top, then put it under the broiler for a couple minutes. Then I poured the gravy on top.

One of my favorite dishes...in canada u can get it at A&W,Burger King and some mcdonalds...

Wikepedias definition of poutine is kinda wrong...traditional poutine is made with thick cut homemade fries & a thick dark strong gravyish sauce..

I eat it more like Rob made it because fresh fries are too much work for how I like them cooked.
