I've got some bone in ribeyes for tonight. Probably boil some potatoes and saute them with garlic and marjoram. Did these the other night, and they were awesome! Maybe some steamed broccoli on the side...

Got a forgotton London Broil style steak out of the back of the freezer...
Dated 10-3-2008 and still GOOD! Love my vacuum sealer!
Gonna do a little grillin in the rain (just grillinnnn in the rainnnnn..
what a wondddderfullll feeeelin just grilllin in the raiiinnnn {Sorry Gene})
and make us some Philly Cheesesteak style hoagies!
Amazingly, The Boss opted for a salad instead of fries. Works for me!

I have hot Italian sausage thawed out. I will cook them up with sauted onions and bell pepper, and serve with some deli mustard, chips and a pickle.

corncakes with corn and bacon ...................... maybe or bacon, eggs, potatoes and biscuits. not sure yet.

Well the ribeyes didn't get thawed. Oh well, tomorrow night! LOL! I'm making burgers tonight, and I'm having mine with some raw cheddar that I found at the store.

Another day of torrential rain & cold weather here. Clam chowder (to warm me up), & 1/2 a roast beef, muenster, lettuce, tomato & horseradish/mayo sandwich on French bread.

Added cooked beets to the menu...haven't had those in a while.

Dinner was breakfast. Corncakes with corn and bacon topped with syrup, sour cream and strawberry preserves.
