Easy Chocolate Molten Lava Cupcakes

I just saw this in the Taste of Home magazine (Comfort food edition, LOL!).

Just in time for Valentine's Day!

Make a brownie mix according to the package directions. Pour into muffin tins. Press two chocolate kisses into each. Bake until the edges of the brownies are done, and serve immediately with vanilla ice cream.

How easy is THAT?
