Peep's Broiled Lamb Loin Chops

I don't really have a great recipe because this was my first attempt at the marinade and the greek salad. Dee inspired me so I threw this together. Thanks Dee the family loved this meal!!

Marinade

Measurements are approx. just mix till it tastes good to you.

Lemon juice - 1/2 fresh lemon
1/4 cup Olive oil
Rosemary - dry
Oregano - fresh AND dry - some of each - about 1 tsp total
Basil - fresh AND dry - some of each - about 1 tsp total
Fresh garlic - 3 cloves chopped fine
Salt
Pepper - course grind

Place chops in a container or zip bag. Pour marinade in and turn chops to coat. Place chops in refrigerator for about 1 hour, turning after 1/2 hour.

Place on a tray and broil till nicely browned turn and brown other side.

Pictures

Broiled marinated lamb loin chops served with buttered jasmine rice, greek salad (and store bought french bread heated in the oven till hot and crispy not pictured).

just curious....what made you decide to use only a half of a lemon? Not big lemon fans?
