another sleepless night arrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrggggggggggg!!

i am about to make a pot of fresh ground flavored blend coffee. i give up on trying to sleep, i will pass out when the body wants to.
a slice of date nut bread with a schmear of cream cheese and a slice of cranberry, tangerine nut bread to go with the coffee for breakfast.

i am thinking lamb, rice and salad for dinner.

what are you eating?

In 4 hrs I'll have breakfast.
(IF I am up then).
No make that 6 hrs.
In 13 hrs, I might be thinking about dinner.

i think broiled marinated teeny tiny lamb chops, rice and greek salad.

Braised chicken with dates and some couscous. A new recipe for me. Can't wait to see how it turns out.

Grilling bratwurst then simmering in beer and onions. Guess I'll have sauerkraut too.

Hot Italian sausage and pepperoni "gravy" over noodles...
With some mushrooms and black olives in it I think.
And garlic bread.
And salad.

ended up having left over lamb and rice tonight. Not much of an appetite today and DEFINATELY dont feel like cooking!

I was going to make sushi, but work has been kicking my a$$ and I had to go in again this morning. We'll probably go out tonight. Go NOLA!!

I'm thinking stuffed shells with marinara, salad and garlic bread. I had a late lunch with salad, though, so I might skip it for dinner.

btw this was my first attempt at the marinade and the greek salad. turned out pretty good!!. thanks for the inspiration Dee!!
