Anyone making a special Valentine's Day dinner?

I'm flipping through cookbooks, determined to make something really nice (but not super fancy) for Valentine's Day. I'm wondering what others are doing. Normally we'd go out to eat but this year I want to prove that I can learn to cook.

First off, welcome to NCT!

A home-cooked meal, for Valentine's Day, sounds very romantic. DH and I don't have any Valentine's Day traditions, but I suppose it's never too late to start.

A homemade valentine's day dinner sounds very romantic. Unfortunely I don't have any VD's traditions but as Newnork1978 said it is never too late.
