He was here at 7:20 last night. The article says it struck about 4:30 pm yesterday. I hope that means all is well. FooD is in California, too.

I read that there was no real damage reported other than broken bottles ect in stores and such. I know when I lived there one that size usually made us just look up from what we were doing,guess the magnitude, then continue on with our task at hand

I have a distant cousin in Eureka. No word yet - waiting for the San Fran end of my extended clan to chime up.
