Prepare your favourite meatloaf mixture.
Set oven to 325.
Grease muffn tin.
Pack meat into tins.
Bake 30-35 minutes.
Meanwhile, prepare some buttery mashed potatoes.
Place them in a ziplock bag and cut off one corner.
Frost your little meaty loaves with the potatoes.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper before serving.
Ain't they the cutest things? :smile:
