Its a great book !
I have loss 43 pounds in 5 weeks using the recipes out of this book . I give it 5 stars!!!

I'm glad I found this thread. I know it's almost a year old but does anyone know anything about the recipes in the cookbook. Are they quick recipes and do they require a lot of ingredients and/or time? 43 pounds in 5 weeks...that's amazing! Congratulations!

i dont know if this is the same book i have because its not on the computer i am on right now but....

if its the one that is a fitness book as well as a recipe book.... i have it on pdf but cant get at it tomorrow and if anyone wants it, i will post a link to view for everyone
