Well, I was going to do an IC tomato dish, but that can wait.
Got a center cut ham steak that needs prepared in some way.

How about you?

Tonight I'm doing a chicken/pasta/veggie casserole. I posted it before, but this time I will add some mixed veggies and see how it holds up.

Sass... I got a hunka ham that needs inspiration too.
I was gonna make a ham and macaroni cheese casserole, but
Dr. Wife vetoed it. Back to the drawing board!

I am thinking of either pan frying it, or baking it.
Either way, I've got some Crosse and Blackwell glaze to use on it, think I'll make some pasta on the side.

I baked some chicken legs on a bed of cabbage & carrots. I poured a bottle of Asian sweet & spicy sauce over the lot. Added a little water.
When cooked, I removed the legs and then mixed cooked pasta with the veggies & sauce - it was yum.

I'm going to cook some chicken pieces (breast for DH and thighs for me) in a baking dish with some tiny "gourmet" golden potatoes in a baking dish, drizzle with EVOO, herb and garlic seasoning, salt and pepper, cover with foil and cook in 350 oven. I have fresh broccoli to go with it, which I'll either nuke or put in with the chicken and potatoes the last 15 minutes.

Snow crab legs were on sale, so we're having a big pile of those with a salad.

We're heating up the leftover scalloped ham and potatoes, and I have green beans braising on the stove. We have a couple of leftover biscuits to heat up, too.

Beef. It's what's for dinner. Again. Beef kebabs w/ onions, tomatoes, & mushrooms. (Wish I had a bell pepper and zucchini.) Casbah's roasted garlic & olive oil couscous.

Looks tasty Lollie! Nice pic!

How did you make the pasta??

From a b-o-x lol
Sometimes I don't want to take the time to boil a pot of water, ya know?
4 minutes in the nukie and instant side dish. :)
I did add my own parmesan to it, however.
