New Cooking Show on BRAVO

Has anyone caught that new cooking show on BRAVO? It's about a French Cooking school brought to America? I saw it for the first time last night....makes me wonder if all cooking schools are that harsh! :unsure:

OMG - I have really enjoyed the 2 episodes I've seen. It's called Chef Academy. But I wondered the same thing - are cooking schools all that scary??? (Where's luvs? She's in culinary school.)

As far as coocing schools go, I really doubt they are that bad. Only the ones on TV. People need to learn something and under that kind of presure you really cannot learn much.

Now, after I totally hijacked your thread, RM, I gotta say I like this show. Chef Novelli is amazing and I like that they actually show parts of his "lessons". I want to try making one of his caramel "cages".
