Coco is coming home late tonight...and Mark and Sarah are coming by earlier. Promised them dinner - Sarah is getting her tonsils out tomorrow afternoon. No telling what Thanksgiving will be like for her, so dinner tonight is her request - fajitas.

Dunno....I have a dentist appt at 4 so DH will whip up one of his masterpieces (aka frozen chicken nuggets and tater tots) for the kids and himself..... I'll find something if I feel like it when I get home.

Breakfast!
Finally, have been jonesing for this for a week...
Eggs, hash browns, fried summer sausage, bacon, toast..
I will be making sandwiches of it all, because my second all time favorite
breakfast as a kid was fried egg sandwiches. Back then, if times were good,
it was bacon, but if Dad was out of town or we were broke, it was bologna.
Both good, LOL!

Made a pork curry from scratch today. I enjoyed it, the others seemed to think there was a little too much chilli in it.

Dipped in egg and coated with potato flakes fried red snapper, some middleneck clams, broccoli, Shiraz wine out of a coffee cup. My "table" was my cutting board. I'm batching it. Can you tell? :yum:

That fish looks really good. I'm going to have to try those potato flakes.

Go for it, Cooksie. It's worth a shot because it gives you both a slightly different flavor and consistency than bread crumbs, panko, etc. Although it might be a disaster, I'm going to try it the next time I reverse sear some rib eyes. Well, maybe I'll try it on one rib eye.... :chef:
