Saw and interesting twist on a steak sandwich.

Caught this today on Quick Fix meals as I was walking through the living room. This really did look like it would be good with yesterdays left over steak, some caramelized onions and provolone cheese in an Egg Roll.

I love egg rolls too, as long as they're crispy when I bite into them.
You wouldn't even have to use a dipping sauce with these unless you wanted to.

Now for me I would do the pepper up with the onions and stuff it all in the spring roll but those do make a great side dish.
