THis morning it was a toss-up between potato soup, lasagna, or spinach n cheese manicotti.
Manicotti won, making my own ricotta for it. I hope it works!

What u up to?

I may cook, I may go out to eat.
Bob Evans Eggs Benedict would be perfect for dinner this evening.
Trouble is, I am working on a ton of laundry, and puttering around cleaning AND running back and forth to the computer grrrrrrrr..
I need a maid lol

I'm doing the CP Chicken and 20 Cloves of Garlic. Mashed potatoes (with the garlic mixed in), gravy from the drippings, and a veg of some kind.

A little bit of pulled pork, sauteed a bit in butter and EVOO.
A little bit of flour added, then chicken stock and milk. Plus a little spice.
Served over fries.
Got enough leftover for a second take, too.

Had two places to be tonight, so DW made macaroni with ground meat and sourdough no-knead bread to push it around. Very filling and got me out the door on time. Sorry, no time for pics on the entree, but here's the bread.

I've had a taste lately myself for your no-peek, Barb. Very nice.
Did you ever serve that over french fries?
lolololololol (don't answer that) ;^)

Yep, good call Barb!
Noodles were much better for a thick, meaty gravy :a1:

Nice chow, Chow :). Another vote for the noodles.

I love it, HC. That is still on my list to try. I actually did have it on my menu a while back but couldn't find one of the onion soups.

Asparagus and beef looks great, Dan.
