1 lb ground turkey, beef or chicken
1 large chopped onion
2 small cans of sliced mushrooms, drained
1 clove of garlic, minced
1 t dried oregano
1 box frozen chopped spinach-thawed and drained
1 can cream of celery soup
1 c sour cream
salt and pepper
16 oz grated jack cheese
Set oven to 375.
Brown meat, then drain.
Add onion,mushrooms, garlic, oregano and spinach, mixing well.
Combine soup and sour cream in a medium sized bowl, then stir into above mixture.
Pour into 9x13 glass baking dish.
Top with cheese.
Bake for 40 minutes.
