i was referred to this site by Jeekinz..nice looking forum
i love cooking and anything to do with food, that includes fishing,Q'ing,canning
if i can help at all i will(i am no means an expert at any of them..lol)
my missus & i started a small Q catering company to bring southern flavor to the north.this is my passion..

i spent a summer 2 years ago in Atlantic City..i am not looking forward to going to jersey anytime soon and i am not fond of florida.....lol

i have a ECB, Masterbuilt 7n1 , UDS (ugly drum smoker) and a homebuilt stickburner in the works...pics to follow someday when i can see grass..lol

Actually South Florida has 2 seasons, summer and hurricane. The 2 days of winter at a chilling between 30 and 40 degrees I would hardly call a season just bad days. :yuk:

Nah. SW FL has near perfect weather Nov-Apr, likely the best in the country, including Hawaii (too windy). The other six months, however, not good, hot, humid, rainy.....
