Spicy Spread For Turkey Burgers

(or leftover Turkey day sandwiches) :D


1/4 c mayonnaise (or MW salad dressing)
2 T parmesan -grated
1 t lemon juice
1/2 t dijon mustard
1 clove chopped garlic
black pepper

Whisk all together in a small bowl.

This is awesome guys, and a nice alternative to just plain mayo or mustard on leftover holiday birdie.

It is good Dee.
Make a batch and keep it in the fridge during Thanksgiving.
It's like a caesar type flavour, and omg... it's so good.
Had to call my sister today and ask her "now what was that we made to put on the leftover turkey sandwiches last year?"
She had it scribbled down in the back of an Amish cookbook, don't know where she found it, but for those days after meeting up for leftovers, we all used this on the sannies.
