Birdie Marinade

[Sass Muffin]

This is supposed to produce out of this world turkey or chicken.

1 can of 7up or Sprite
3/4 c corn oil
3/4 c soy sauce
1 T minced garlic

Back when I drank white pop, I liked using sprite when I made beer can chicken. I liked the "citrusy" taste it gave the bird. I can see where this marinade or baste would work. Simple, too.
