1 c AP flour
1 t salt
2 t pepper
3 T oil
4 boneless chicken breasts
1 c chicken broth
2 T basil
1/4 c white wine
1/4 c heavy cream
dried cherries

Mix flour, salt and pepper for breading.
Coat the chicken breasts and lightly saute in oil, 4 minutes each side.
Add broth, basil, and wine.
Lower heat to simmer, until reduced about half, then add cream and simmer until thickened. Add cherries and serve over hot pasta.
