LOL...too funny Jim.
I would guess what my family loves best is my pasta sauce and the way I make baked bean. They also seem to like anything I smoke such as ribs, turkey, pork butt and brisket. I actually like my brisket done in the oven over the smoker but never had a bad brisket. My coconut shrimp are real popular with them as is most of my side dishes. As for others who knows as those people not family members always ate what I made so I assume they liked it too.

Hey Joe, the recipe calls for 2# each of Bacon and sausage, but 1# of each works out perfectly.

Holy Shite Bob!
I thought the money shot was the sausage all cooked, then the next pic had the BBQ sauce all over it. :yum:

Wow Bob.. that looks great!!!!!! I just had a heart attack!
I think for me it would be my stroganoff and steaks. DH will not order steaks out as he says mine taste better.

Yes it is a pretty simple recipe and I was figuring about a pound of each, 2 Lbs would be fatal I'm afraid. I also liked the idea of adding some jalapeņos to the center. :chef:

I wish I had someone to cook for.... maybe that would stop me from eating their portion, too
Right now the only people who eat anything I make would have to be my neighbors/friends. We trade favors back and forth and I've started fixing them things once in a while that always involve grilling, something my neighbor says he doesn't have the patience for (as in low and slow). BBQ ribs and such. And some of you here know that after having some of my pressure cooked ribs last year and me say, Yeah, I'll make 'em for you anytime.... That a month later he brought over two big packages for me to make for them, so I guess those were a hit.
I can't believe he doesn't like ABTs though..... something must be wrong with him

I'd say my clam chowder and my bbq sauce... which Paul says I should really just call a meat sauce and not bbq sauce either way it does taste pretty darn good!

How did your nieces like it? I would LOVE a slice!

My bread baking actually brings the most interest, even though I've only been doing it for less than a year. As far as cooking, I favor comfort foods; soups, stews, ethnic foods. I love sharing my recipes, and have been working on posting them to my website that is in my signature below. I have a small number of them there, and hope to get more posted as the days and weeks come.

I have no specialty per say, but I have been cooking chili for longer than anything else and I still get request from friends far away for me to make it, freeze it and ship overnight.

Great minds think alike Q!!
Everyone loved them-they disapperared in no time!! I could have made a couple more and they would have went too. Of course, that isn't to say they weren't the butt of a ton of bad cardiology jokes, references to clogged arteries and defibrillators, but in the end, they were a huge hit! Definately going into the permanent rotation!!

Hard to tell, I only cook for my family, and lots of stuff seems to get their raves. But, I would say anything I grill, my roasts, and my stews get the most excitement from them.
