loaded potato skins

who here just plain LOVES these little slices of heaven? the best ive ever had by far are from a local bar a frequent, Jamies Courtside. cooked perfectly, full of potato, tons of cheddar cheese, and covered in about 2 pigs worth of bacon. just add sour cream and a heart attack never looked so damn good!

I love potato skins, but not with too much stuffing or potato. I like to taste the crispy skin of the potato with just a little cheddar and bacon.

same here, snowing now turning to ice later. I probably could get there but not get back home.

I'm just inside Virginia a few miles off US15. up 15 to Gettysburg and hang a right on US30. 80 miles or so. I'll have to make the trip sometime.
