basic quesadillas

here is how we do a basic quesadilla ...
ground beef and taco seasoning ..
then fill tortilla with with meat and whatever cheese you like ..
then put in a pan with a smidgen crisco shortening to fry ...
top with sour cream and chopped tomato ...
