Ok, there really isn't a recipe for this. I used leftover chicken that I cut up, fake crab/lobster meat and veggies. All I did with the veggie is cover them in olive oil and salt and pepper and saute on the grill. Lots of cheese.........
The veggies I used were zucchini, yellow squash, onion and mushrooms. I also had fresh tomatoes, scallions, chipolte peppers and roasted red peppers. We just mixed and matched what we wanted.

I just brushed them with a little oil.......when I remembered. lol
