Does anyone make thier own pasta?

We wore out a pasta machine. We have the pasta adapter for the Kitchen Aide mixer now. We do not do it as often any more. But, fresh made pasta sure is good!

We have mostly used the recipes from the booklet that came with the Kitchen Aide. We also found that Biba Caggiano has wonderful recipes. She is a Northern California Chef, who has a number of excellent cookbooks out, and has had a national TV series previously

My wife tried to make pasta a time or two. She does roll out her noodles for Thanksgiving and Christmas. Umm homemade noodles are so good.

Ohhhhhh yea! As a Italian guy my family has made pasta from scratch many times. I just dont have the room to do it in my small kitchen.
Does anyone have a recipe for it? I dont.

Otherwise, Biba's cookbooks have recipes. She has excellent cookbooks. And, her resteraunt(long hike from Chicago...) is nothing short of amazing.
