Sattie - My high school assistant principal had a reserved seat for me in his office. The main guidance councellor told me that I was too stupid to graduate. Detention was a place I know. glad to be back.
Does seem like a shift is going on.

Joe, the pumpernickel looks fabulous! I am allergic to rye flour and I miss pumpernickel and raisin bread. It used to be one of my favorites.

It's just my refrigerated sourdough dough that I cut off about 1# of it and shape it into a ball (boule), let it rise for an hour and then bake it like NYT bread, 450 F covered for 30 minutes, then 10-15 minutes uncovered.
